  1. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with a nail condition that we suspect may be contagious, as well as anyone with an open or infected wound on the treatment area.

  2. Diabetes Clients: In order to provide you with proper care, please inform your technician that you have Diabetes.

  3. Children: It’s our pleasure to do children’s nails. However, unattended children in the salon can be disruptive and dangerous. We use many products that may be harmful if ingested or applied to unprotected skin. If you have children under 10 years old, who are not receiving nail services, please keep them safe or leave them at home.

  4. There is no refund of completed services. If within 3 days, you are not still satisfied, we will redo it for you. If you are not still satisfied within 4-7 days, you have to pay half price for the redo.

  5. Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 days after your service date. Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.

  6. No refund is given after it has been rendered. We won’t offer any refund or credit just because you’ve simply changed your mind.

  7. When the services are done they are not refundable. If you are not satisfied with it, we offer to redo it or give credit for next time.

  8. Gift Certificates are not refundable or exchangeable at any time. Gift Certificates are to be treated as cash, therefore, they are not redeemable if lost or stolen.

  9. Cell phones: Please be respectful to people around you who are trying to relax during their nail salon visit. Set your phone to vibrate and use a moderate speaking tone if you need to take a call We appreciate your cooperation.

  10. Personal Items: We’re not responsible for any personal items that have been damaged or lost during your visit. Please be careful when handling polishes and check if your belongings are left behind.
